Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy helps Bloom Space maintain consistent scheduling while providing reasonable flexibility for participants and families.

Tutoring & Individual Sessions

At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a scheduled tutoring or individual session.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be considered used and may not qualify for a refund, credit or replacement session.

Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or exceptional circumstances at Bloom Space's discretion.

Late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time of a session.

 

Tutoring Packages

Packages are intended for the registered participant and should be used within any timeframe communicated at purchase.

Once a package has begun, completed sessions are non-refundable. Unused sessions are generally non-refundable but exceptional circumstances may be considered individually.

 

Workshops & Programs

Cancellation and refund conditions for workshops, program series, group sessions and community events may vary depending on the program.

Any program-specific cancellation requirements will be communicated during registration where applicable.

Fees associated with materials, supplies, venue costs or other non-recoverable expenses may be non-refundable.

 

Bloom Space Cancellations

If Bloom Space must cancel a session, workshop or program, reasonable efforts will be made to provide an alternative date, replacement session, credit or refund, as appropriate.

 

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

 

Emergencies

We recognize that illness, emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. Please contact Bloom Space as soon as possible. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually.

By booking or purchasing a Bloom Space service, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable cancellation and refund conditions.
