Welcome to Bloom Space. These Terms & Conditions outline the expectations and conditions associated with using our website, booking services, purchasing packages, registering for programs or workshops, and participating in Bloom Space offerings.

By accessing our website, registering for a program, booking a service, or making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Bloom Space provides educational, personal development, mentorship, workshop, community-based, and well-being focused programming for children, youth, young adults, adults, families, and community organizations.

Services may include individual or group tutoring, workshops, program series, educational resources, mentorship-based programming, creative activities, and community events.

Services may change or expand as Bloom Space grows.

2. Registration & Participant Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and current information when registering or booking.

For participants under the age of majority, registration, consent, and payment must be completed or authorized by a parent or legal guardian where required.

Parents/guardians are encouraged to disclose information that is reasonably necessary for Bloom Space to provide safe and appropriate support, including relevant learning needs, accommodations, allergies, accessibility requirements, or other considerations related to participation.

3. Payments

Payment is required according to the price and payment schedule provided at the time of booking or registration.

Prices may vary depending on the service, program length, format, materials, location, group size, or level of customization required.

Bloom Space reserves the right to update pricing for future purchases. Changes will not affect services that have already been purchased unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Cancellation and rescheduling requirements may vary by service.

For scheduled tutoring appointments, at least 24 hours' notice is generally required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be considered used and may not qualify for a refund or credit.

Workshops, programs, events, and packages may have their own cancellation or refund conditions, which will be communicated during registration when applicable.

If Bloom Space cancels a paid service, participants will generally be offered a rescheduled session, credit, or refund where appropriate.

 

5. Packages

Packages are intended for the participant for whom they were purchased and may have a specified usage or expiry period.

Unused sessions are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually.

 

6. Educational & Personal Development Disclaimer

Bloom Space provides supportive educational and personal development services. Our services are intended to encourage learning, confidence, skill development, connection, self-discovery, and personal growth.

Bloom Space does not guarantee specific grades, academic results, employment outcomes, behavioural outcomes, or personal development results.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Bloom Space services are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or other regulated professional services.

 

7. Participant Conduct

Bloom Space is committed to creating an environment that is welcoming, inclusive, respectful, and safe.

Participants, parents/guardians, staff, facilitators, and community partners are expected to communicate and behave respectfully.

Bloom Space reserves the right to pause or discontinue participation when behaviour is unsafe, threatening, discriminatory, repeatedly disruptive, or significantly interferes with the safety or experience of others.

 

8. Safety

Reasonable steps will be taken to create safe and appropriate learning and program environments. Participants are expected to follow safety instructions and communicate concerns when they arise.

For certain activities, workshops, events, or off-site programming, additional consent forms, waivers, emergency information, or participation requirements may be required.

 

9. Privacy

Bloom Space respects the privacy of participants and families. Personal information will be collected, used, stored, and shared only as reasonably necessary to provide services, operate the business, communicate with clients, meet legal obligations, and address safety concerns.

10. Photos & Promotional Content

Bloom Space will seek appropriate consent before intentionally using identifiable photographs or videos of participants for promotional, website, or social media purposes where consent is required.

Parents/guardians will be responsible for providing consent for minors where applicable.

 

11. Intellectual Property

Bloom Space materials, including original worksheets, workshop content, program materials, graphics, written resources, branding, and other original content, remain the property of Bloom Space unless otherwise stated.

Materials provided to participants are intended for personal use and may not be reproduced, sold, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

 

12. Website Use

Information provided on the Bloom Space website is intended for general informational purposes. We aim to keep information accurate and current but cannot guarantee that all website content will always be complete or error-free.

Third-party websites or services linked through our website operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy practices.

 

13. Changes to Services or Terms

Bloom Space may update its services, programs, policies, pricing, or these Terms & Conditions as the organization grows. Updated terms may be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

 

14. Agreement

By purchasing, booking, registering for, or participating in a Bloom Space service, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to the applicable policies and these Terms & Conditions.

For participants under the age of majority, the parent or legal guardian completing registration accepts these terms on the participant's behalf.
