Cancellation Policy

Bloom Space Tutoring Policy At Bloom Space, we aim to provide a supportive, inclusive and encouraging learning environment where each learner can build skills, confidence and independence. Scheduling & Attendance: Sessions are booked in advance and begin and end at the scheduled time. Please arrive on time and prepared. Late arrivals will not extend the session. Cancellations & Rescheduling: At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered a used session and may not be refunded or credited. Exceptions may be considered for emergencies. If Bloom Space cancels a session, a rescheduled session or credit will be provided. Payment & Packages: Payment is required before services begin unless otherwise arranged. Packages are intended for the registered learner and must be used within the stated timeframe. Unused sessions are generally non-refundable. Learning Support: Tutoring is personalized to the learner's needs and may include academic skill development, homework support, study strategies, organization, confidence building and targeted practice. Tutoring is intended to complement school learning and does not replace classroom instruction, professional assessment, therapy or specialized services. Specific grades or academic outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Communication: Parents/guardians are encouraged to share relevant learning goals, assignments and information that may support tutoring. Progress updates or recommendations may be provided when appropriate. Respect & Inclusion: Bloom Space welcomes different abilities, identities, learning styles and experiences. Respectful behaviour and communication are expected from learners, families and staff. Services may be paused or discontinued if behaviour creates an unsafe or consistently disruptive environment. Privacy: Personal and educational information will be treated respectfully and confidentially, subject to legal and safety requirements.
